American Honey Sour
Wild Turkey American Honey and Mike's Hot Honey Syrup in the same glass, which is a lot of honey and somehow not too much. Lemon keeps it upright, bitters keep it honest. Stir the syrup in before the ice or it sinks.
Ingredients
- 2 parts Wild Turkey American Honey
- 1 part lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Mike's Hot Honey Syrup
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Add the bourbon, lemon juice, Mike's Hot Honey Syrup, and aromatic bitters to a shaker and stir with a spoon to dissolve the syrup.

Add ice, shake, and strain into a coupe or into a rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim.
