It's natural for high-quality honey, like Mike's Hot Honey, to crystallize over time, especially in cooler temperatures. But don't worry, it's still perfectly good to eat! To return your honey to its liquid state, gently warm it to about 110°F. A water bath is the most recommended, but other techniques include sous vide, heating the honey (out of the bottle) in a pot, or leaving the bottle on a sunny window sill. As a note for your safety, our bottles are not microwave-safe.
