Mike’s Hot Honey Buttered Corn
Grilled or roasted, then glazed with softened butter and Mike's Hot Honey while the kernels are still hot enough to melt it. Salt at the end. Eight ears, and you will still wish you had done more.
Ingredients
- 8 ears corn (husks and silks removed)
- 6 tbsp softened butter
- 3 tbsp Mike's Hot Honey
- Salt

Grill the corn, or roast at 450°F for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally if cooking off the cob.

Glaze the corn with the softened butter, drizzle with Mike's Hot Honey, season with salt, and serve.
