Extra Hot Hot Dog

Ingredients
- 5 all-beef hot dogs
- Mike’s Hot Honey BBQ Sauce (see recipe)
- Additional Mike's Hot Honey - Extra Hot
- Hot Dog buns
- Dijon mustard
Instructions
Arrange the grill/smoker for direct cooking and preheat to 400 degrees or medium-high heat.
Arrange the hot dogs on the grill grate, and immediately begin brushing on BBQ sauce. Close the grill lid, and allow to cook for 3-5 minutes.
Flip the hot dogs, and brush on more BBQ sauce. Repeat until you achieve the desired level of char.
Serve with Dijon mustard, or try our hot honey mustard sauce, and an extra drizzle of MHH Extra Hot.
