Mike's Hot Honey Watermelon Mule Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 oz watermelon chunks (or watermelon juice/ watermelon water)
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/4 oz Mike’s Hot Honey syrup (1:1 MHH and water)
- Splash of ginger beer or soda water
Instructions
Blend or shake first 3 ingredients. Pour over ice and finish with ginger beer or soda water.
Garnish with lime and/or mint.
Pair this drink with some of our favorite side dishes and mains like Orzo Summer Salad, BBQ Ribs, or Classic Corn on the Cob.
