Instructions
Mix It Up (5 minutes)
- Combine Everything: Add the honey, vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, celery salt and black pepper into a shaker with ice.
- Shake It: Gently shake for about 10-15 seconds. Don't go too crazy - we want it mixed, not aerated!

- Pour and Strain: Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish Time: Garnish with bacon, olives, celery and lemon wedge. Make it as loaded as you like!
Pro Tips!
- Cook your bacon ahead of time and let it cool completely before using as garnish
- Adjust the horseradish and hot honey to your heat preference
- Rim the glass with celery salt or Old Bay for extra flavor
- For a smokier flavor, add a dash of liquid smoke
Perfect Pairings
Brunch Essentials:
- Serve alongside Mike's Hot Honey Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich
- Perfect with Mike's Hot Honey Bacon Jalapeño Poppers as appetizers

- Try different hot sauces for varied heat levels
- Use flavored vodka like pepper or bacon-infused
- Make it a Virgin Mary by skipping the vodka - still delicious!

- Making Bloody Marys for a crowd? Mix everything except the ice in a pitcher
- Set up a garnish bar and let guests customize their drinks
- Keep bacon warm in a low oven until ready to serve
