American Honey Red Hot Paper Plane
A Paper Plane rebuilt on Wild Turkey American Honey, with Mike's Hot Honey Syrup standing in for part of the sweetness. Aperol and lemon do the bitter and the bright. Orange twist over the top.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 parts Wild Turkey American Honey
- 1/2 part Aperol
- 3/4 part lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Mike's Hot Honey Syrup

Add the bourbon, Aperol, lemon juice, and Mike's Hot Honey Syrup to a shaker and stir to dissolve the syrup.

Add ice, shake, and strain into a coupe.
