The Boozy Bee
Four and a half ounces of pineapple juice, rum, Sudachi and a dash of tiki bitters, with Mike's Hot Honey syrup running underneath. Tropical right up until the finish, where it turns and bites. Lime and mint on top.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz rum
- 3/4 oz Mike's Hot Honey syrup (1:1 MHH and water)
- 1/2 oz Sudachi juice (or lime juice)
- 4 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- Dash of Bittermens Tiki Bitters
- Lime

Combine equal parts Mike's Hot Honey and warm water to make the syrup.

Add rum, Mike's Hot Honey syrup, Sudachi juice (or lime juice), and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice, along with a dash of Bittermens Tiki Bitters, and shake well.

Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
