Mike's Hot Honey Ricotta Crostini

  • 1 loaf of Italian country bread or baguette, sliced
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup fresh ricotta
  • 1 cup favorite seasonal vegetable or fruit to ingredients
  • Mike’s Hot Honey

Preheat oven to 450 ̊F. Arrange bread on a baking sheet; brush both sides with oil. Season with salt. Toast until golden brown, about 8 minutes.

Let cool completely on a wire rack. Spread with ricotta, top with seasonal vegetable or fruit (like cucumber or mushrooms), drizzle with Mike’s Hot Honey, sprinkle with pepper, and serve.
