Mike’s Hot Honey Sage Bourbon Cocktail

- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 1 orange wedge with extra peel for garnish
- 12 fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of Mike’s Hot Honey
Make a Mike’s Hot Honey sage syrup by adding the water, Mike’s Hot Honey and 10 sage leaves to a boil. Simmer on low for 3 minutes and let cool.
Mix the bourbon and 2 tbsp of the MHH sage syrup over ice. Pour in glass and squeeze juice from orange wedge. Serve on ice with sage and orange peel garnish.
