Mike's Hot Honey Michelada

- A light Mexican lager, like Tecate or Modelo (12oz bottle)
- ⅔ cup Clamato juice
- ¾ teaspoon Tajin seasoning (or chili powder)
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice, plus a sliced lime for garnish
- 1 tablespoon Mike’s Hot Honey
- Soy sauce
- Hot sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Kosher salt
Combine the salt and Tajin (or chili powder) in a saucer.
Use a slice of lime to wet the rim of 2 pint glasses. Dip the rims into the spice mixture to coat, then half fill each glass with ice.
Mix the Mike’s Hot Honey and lime juice together in a small bowl until the honey has dissolved, and divide between the glasses. Then add half the clamato juice to each.
Add 4 drops each of the soy sauce, hot sauce and worcestershire sauces to both glasses and stir to combine.
Fill the glasses to the brim with beer, garnish with lime wedges and an extra drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey.
