Last week we visited our friends at Butter & Scotch, a cocktail bar and bakery in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, to sample two delicious craft Mike's Hot Honey cocktails served at the bar. United by their love of cocktails and desserts, Keavy Landreth and Allison Kave, owners of Butter & Scotch and both professional bakers, joined forces to open their dream cocktail and dessert bar in 2012.
