We recently stopped by Butter & Scotch, the bar and bakery in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, to catch up with owners Allison Kave and Keavy Landreth. Both former bakers, Kave and Landreth joined forces to open Butter & Scotch in 2015 and have created an "adult soda fountain" right on Franklin Ave. 
The bar and bakery serves up a delicious savory menu, built around their beloved biscuit. But folks with a sweet tooth will enjoy a slice of pie or their famous birthday cake alongside one of the bar's craft cocktails.
