• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• 1/4 tsp cinnamon

• 1/4 tsp salt (more or less to taste)

• 2 tbsp water

• 1 cup pecan halves


Add sugar, cinnamon, salt & water to pan. Cook at medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until the sugar has dissolved. Add the pecans, stir to coat and cook for additional 2-3 minutes. Stirring as needed to prevent burning. Remove from heat and spread the pecans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.

Chef's Note: Swap the cinnamon for cayenne for an extra kick of heat. Serve atop a bowl of vanilla ice cream with a drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey for a treat so good you'll crave it every night!
