Sweet and Spicy Baby Carrots

INGREDIENTS

1 16 oz package baby carrots

3 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Mike's Hot Honey

1 tbsp brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

Place the carrots into a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two. Return pot to stove and reduce heat to medium low. Melt the butter and stir in honey and brown sugar. Add carrots and stir until evenly coated; cooking another 5 minutes.
