Recipe: Mike's Hot Honey Paloma

Mike’s Hot Honey Paloma

-1/4 cup grapefruit juice
-1/4 cup mezcal or tequila
-1/4 cup club soda
-1 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey
-1 tbsp fresh lime juice
-mint garnish


  1. Pour grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice and Mike’s Hot Honey into a Boston shaker
  2. Shake well
  3. Pour into a highball glass over ice
  4. Top off with club soda, garnish with mint and serve.
